9. Measures for Protection of User Assets
If the amount of unused balances outstanding on the applicable reference date exceeds the threshold prescribed under the Payment Services Act, the Company shall take measures to protect user assets in accordance with applicable law, including the deposit of a security bond for issuance.
10. Policy Regarding Unauthorized Transactions
The Company shall not be liable for losses incurred by users arising from unauthorized transactions conducted without the user’s intent, except where the Company is liable under the Terms of Service or applicable law.
